Pros
Decent pay and full benefits. Average number of holidays.
Cons
Upper management mandates overtime on a weekly basis almost every week of the year. Management intentionally hires temp. workers to save Zimmer Biomet money on paying benefits and holidays. Having a Sunday or weekend off is treated as a reward not just a normal thing the majority of corporate employees enjoy, just as one example of the many disconnects between management and other employees. Bonuses come in the form of catered treats and annual raises are less than one dollar. Career opportunities can exist if they aren't cut from the budget as recently seen with machining programs. Anything to save money to make the EPS look good on an earnings report will be done even if it's not in the best interest of current employees from manufacturing to corporate such as random layoffs with little notice regardless of tenure.
