Large enough that you can easily meet expectations for performance. Its a big company that moves slow, despite the urgency of every issue so its easy to coast.
Cons
Decisions are made based on the short term stock value. Yearly layoffs tied with hiring and promotion freezes put stress onto the team members that stay. It sucks the motivation from the team and puts people in the coast mindset.
