      Nothing as a contractor for other organisation

      Cons

      You are only considered for the percentage of payment they get from your pay, asked me to resign at the end of my contract, even though I am said to be a permanent employee here. They don't even provide you the notice period to look out for another opportunity.

      The top management is really good. Work life balance is good and job security is good.

      HRs or account managers can get difficult during appraisal cycle. Appraisal may or may not happen.

      No proper management. No benefits

      Cons

      If u r a female employee and u inform them that u r expecting then they will immediately remove you from the job without any reason. They cannot pay for maternity leave.
