Pros
SME provides a more indepth view into the industry as you get to "touch" the products and processess underlying. Good for a start.
Cons
No incentives, lack of communication (in a telecom!), lack of long-term vision and heaps of red tape, but at the same time no processess in place to follow and at least speed up the bureaucratic machine.
