      Pros

      Fun environment, tips and loved the engery of being a server

      Cons

      Worked long hours, multiple times I was the only server on for a night shift. Never got properly trained on most things.

      Pay was decent, management was alright.

      It's the service industry. Not a lot of pay, other servers are a mixed bag.
