Pros

Great working environment for those in need of the family aspect at their employment. Free lunches and beers as celebrations and fun games here and there to keep morale high.

Cons

Long strenuous work hours, micromanaging, and countless backstabbing with a dog eat dog mentality which at the end of the day all profits really go to the owner.

Pros

What you learn here, you can take with you anywhere. That's the truth of the matter. The company offers in depth, ground up training that really focuses on building your skill sets on a micro level. Anyone from your colleagues, trainer, manager, and all the way up to upper management and is hands on in helping you develop your career here. Management goes out their way to tailor training. There is a tremendous amount of growth potential and money to be made here if you are willing to invest yourself into this job. This job may not be for everyone and that's okay. Sales isn't for everyone, but either way, what you learn here help to make you an all around better employee anywhere. Focusing on just the intangibles alone, the training really serves to help you build confidence, fine tune your critical thinking skills, and make you a more clear and eloquent speaker. I have found those things alone have added a tremendous amount of value to my professional career.

Cons

Depends on what you want and what you define as success, I suppose. I'm a firm believer that if you want success, you have to work hard for it. You make sacrifices of some sort. Can you be a 8 to 5 person here? Sure. Just depends on what you're looking to achieve and again, what you define as "success." Will that get you 6 figure salary? It's possible, but probably unlikely. To echo the sentiments of what some others have said--if you find hard work to be a con, there you have it.
