I can say with great honesty that I have never worked for a company or a management team this wonderful during my entire career. I was contacted directly on LinkedIn and couldn't be happier that I responded asking for more information.
Zipjob cares not only about their clients but us staff as well. Every time I have had an issue, I have reached out and my issues are resolved professionally, compassionately, and promptly.
Throughout my tenure with Zipjob, I have never had any issues with workload inconsistencies or problems getting paid- which are issues I have had in the past with previous employers.
The dashboard is very easy to use and Zipjob keeps updated templates and writing instructions for aid if it were needed. They ensure we have the tools to be successful.
