Excellent support from employees with quick answers to all my questions. Everyone I've been in contact with has been extremely knowledgable and helpful. The company also pays better than the industry standard! I've always gotten an assignment within 24 hours of request and the payment comes through soon after.

I've heard they're working on updating the site for writers but I haven't seen any changes in a couple of months.
