      Pros

      It is amazing! Leads, Leads, Leads, not all are good but can close 2 or more a month. The CRM is unbelievable! Best I have ever worked! The staff is awesome!

      Cons

      The split could be more, however, in the long run, I am making more money here because I am closing more here. Less is MORE!

      Pros

      Great Managing Broker that cared and wanted you to succeed. Great mentor and coaching. The other agents were such good people. The best CRM I've used and a steady stream of leads

      Cons

      Coldwell Banker absorbed them because they wanted the CRM software. That demolished our office and ruined everything that was a pro reason
