Workload: Expect your responsibilities to triple due to high turnover, with no adjustment in compensation or support. Job Role: Clear job descriptions are virtually nonexistent. You will end up doing multiple roles in one with no recognition. Leadership: There is no consistency in direction or answers—ask two leaders the same question, and you’ll get two different responses.
