Cons

Upper Management: Shows little to no respect for floor employees. Communication is inconsistent and lacks transparency. Pay: Goals have only been met a handful of times over the past two years. You’ll be offered a very low base salary paired with a “promising” commission structure—but you’ll likely see only a fraction of what you’re led to believe. Workload: Expect your responsibilities to triple due to high turnover, with no adjustment in compensation or support. Job Role: Clear job descriptions are virtually nonexistent. You will end up doing multiple roles in one with no recognition. Leadership: There is no consistency in direction or answers—ask two leaders the same question, and you’ll get two different responses. No one seems aligned. Growth: Advancement is based on convenience for the company rather than talent or hard work. Culture: Anger, Stress, and lack of motivation.

Pros

Logistics is a career path, not just a job.

Cons

This place has serious ethics issues and an abusive PE company. The original founders have all cashed out. Sales is in a slump, there's no mentorship anymore, and anyone who tries to address the issues has historically been terminated. There are made men here; protected leaders who have HR files for being extremely difficult for women to work with. The organization has an integrity issue and very little is being done to correct the reputation built over the last few years.
