      Pros

      Great culture, generous CEO, and good money (if you work hard). Recent bump in base pay. Things seem to really be coming together over last few months and we're crushing quota as a team. really good vibe on the floor usually, fun contests and fun people to work with. Flexible work schedule.

      Cons

      Not enough resources in marketing and our CRM is outdated and it really slows us down.

Coworkers are consistently in a good mood, which creates a positive and energetic environment. It’s clear that people enjoy what they do, and that enthusiasm is contagious. Collaboration comes naturally, and it’s easy to feel like part of a close-knit group.
