      Mismanagement of the organization that is felt at all levels of the company. Too many people that keep trying to reinvent the wheel and not accepting or following time tested methods in management, network operation or procedures.

      Toxic work culture, overbearing management, micromanagement, no time allotted in schedule for breaks or lunches, and poor work-life balance (just to name a few).
