      Pros

      Excellent opportunity for hands-on experience as well as dealing with different challenges to test your ability as a professional.

      Cons

      Older facility with many quirks. Can be tough to try and change the way things are done because it is the way it has always been done. Operators can be unmotivated due to doing the same thing everyday. The older crowd does not like change whereas the younger crowd craves change.

      Adequate support from management without micromanaging. They allow you to do what must be done to achieve your goals.

      Cons

      Some people can be stuck in their ways even if it isn't the most logical way to do things. There is a lot of "clutter" from the past that isn't necessarily needed in the current state of the company,
