Unhealthy, unorganized leadership leads to backstabbing. Sexist/inappropriate workplace behaviors are downplayed. This company has a serious diversity problem! Feels like a frat house. It is a fun place to work fresh out of college, but there is a dark side. You will pick up bad habits, with little to no chance of career advancement.
