Interesting place. You get to interact with sailors of various nationalities, at least in my role. Work is fast-paced with no dull moment. You learn new things daily and have to think and evolve new solutions to new problems, thereby developing your problem-solving skills.

Work can be too intense especially when transloading is ongoing which could span weekends or public holidays or nights.
