- No ethics or mannerism from the upper management on how to deal with an employee - No transparency (My offer letter was given to me some days after joining) - No good way to onboard a new employee, minimum KT or docs provided and you would be on a deadline from the start - Not a good place for a woman, common washroom for women and men and they don't know how to use them, no tissues - 6 day work week
