Pros
- Good for those who can sit in office for late night daily. & Who doesn't have personal life. - Good salary appraisal. - Good colleagues (Except 1 or 2 because Exceptions are everywhere) - Director is hardworking & Intelligent. You can learn many things from him.
Cons
- Only two washrooms. - You will be forced to stay in office even you have completed 9 hours. - You have to work for minimum 10-11 hours daily. - 3 Months HORRIBLE notice period - if you have resigned then you will be treated as criminal. (More than prisoners of Tihad jail) - Six days working and some time 7 days.
