      Always pressure to sit at 8pm Even you time completed at 6.30pm If u leave early after finishing you work they assume you have poor performance. If you sit at 9pm and nothing to do they assume you are very hard employee Always religion perspective involved

      I have been experience very positive and the company Supported well and understand employee's situation as well.

      Cons

      Nothing specific as of now. However, do not fully rely on the tracker data showing exactly 8 working hours every day, give flexibilities little bit.
