The enviorment has a large ammount of inappropriate sexual undertones aswell as direct comments not appropriate for a public setting much less a professional one this is allowed based on the level of authority within. Alot of drugs being sold and a lot of covering up of all things illegal and inappropriate. The atmosphere in general is negative and NOT somewhere that promotes growth but encourages a robot like mentality.
