Misleading - Anonymous employee Zoho Employee Review

I went for a job interview where the position was advertised with a specific title and set of responsibilities. However, once I started, I was told I’d actually be taking on a managerial role with many additional duties that were never mentioned in the original job description. There was no change to my official job title after I began, and when I asked about updating the title and increasing my pay to reflect the added responsibilities, they refused. It felt very misleading and unfair for the company to operate this way.
