Cons
The company's founder takes a pride in having a very toxic and workaholic culture. They try to glorify the culture by showcasing no leave policy, flexible work timings, remote work. But you will be called up on Sundays, odd hours with some random last minute requirements and abuses on Whatsapp groups and even to the office(Bangalore) despite of the fact that it is work from home while hiring. No time management and it's so pity to see that they take pride in that - which only showcases their poor employee management skills. The founder is very egoistic, unable to take feedback and zero professionalism. He has no guts or audacity to accept that someone decided to move on from his company because of work culture and mentioned the same on his face. Very cunningly he mentions to everyone that he fired the employee. This speaks a volume on how immature he is to handle the company. Whenever someone has tried to give any sort of feedback, they have been either made fun or just ignored. Founder seems to be stuck on the fact that just because they offer MacBooks and open leave policy(which never existed) it makes everything else that they do is justified. Please, please someone explain to the Founder that all these do not make up the fact that you are making people work as slaves and you are not at all respecting their hard work. And no amount of retreats can compensate for that level of mental pressure. Working in this company for 2 years is my biggest career mistake.
