Good location and benefits, but high pressure and no growth - Product Manager Zolve (India) Employee Review

Don't think there are many Pros. The problem they're trying to solve is good - but that's about it. You get free lunch and dinner.

Poor work life balance. No consistent strategy - The leadership esp. CEO keeps changing focus. Few people call the shots and keep saying Yes to the CEO, who keeps changing the focus. Most of these people come from the CEO's past venture. You can't disagree with the leadership or put out an alternate point of view. People are randomly fired citing performance reasons, but a few people who don't perform at all continue to call the shots and stay in the company. Overall culture is not great - People are not recognised for their efforts, they are always made to feel worthless. Many of the 5 star reviews here are fake. Without next round of funding, the company is in a dangerous position. But investors don't care about these things and whether a company is well run or not, most likely they will raise funding based on past history of CEO.

You definitely wear a lot of hats and are expected to juggle many things, but you'll learn to be resourceful and quick on your feet.

A ton of micromanagement from the higher-ups. Did not live up to the expectation of what an internship should have been. There's a lot of autonomy and figuring things out on your own, but not a lot of guidance proper support, and resources to succeed.
