The workplace is great! No one is hounding you or looking over your shoulder. Very professional and high tech. It's a great product that is first in it's class. When I'm talking to prospects, it gives me a great feeling to know I am helping give back to our society by helping companies improve their products by reducing scrap and eliminating waste. They have a great benefit package and my commission checks are excellent.

They only allow 45 minutes for lunch. Sometimes this is difficult when you go out to enjoy your lunch due to traffic and how fast you get waited on.

People in sales are nice but the tech people acting better than you and are rude to you. They do not talk to you unless they have to talk to you and the tone in their voice is not friendly.

The management will lie to you about the position and the salary. You make $10,000 to $20,000 less than what the tell you in the interview. The closer can not sell so do not think you will make money there either. The health insurance is expensive but good. You will never make money here and the company will never grow. There is no advancement in the company.
