      Pros

      Great perks - free Hershey Park admission, discounts in park and community, reciprocal discounts with other amusement parks. Fun summer job. Work hours are great with the earliest start time being 9:30 AM and the latest I've been there being 8:45 PM.

      Cons

      Hershey Park relies heavily on part-time seasonal employees. There is not much hope to attain a full-time job through time spent in this position.

      I love the people I work with and especially love my guests that visit, especially the little guests!

      Cons

      I wish to be more permenant, but I also work Hersheypark as well, but would love to work in the gift shop more.
