Cons
Everything. hubstaff which screenshots your screen every 10 mins, night shift, very bad mgt - I agree with the first review that the mgt has no appreciation at all. High attrition rate, within 2 months handful devs hired and terminated, like they're playing with people's career. Someone might have resigned from his job to join this company only to be terminated within 2 months. They expect all newly hired to be 100% productive not factoring in the learning curve. So if you are in a good place and wants to be "stable" this is not the company to work for. They always find something to pin on you so they can lower your salary, yes, they do that, which I have never heard of until now. Toxic - always critical tickets and rushing things, they sometimes deploy codes without passing QA just to please the manager, and when it has bugs in prod, you'll be damned. You work very hard with high output, but still management wants more. Pay below than standard rate, not to mention no increase at all. So if you got hired at a given rate, expect it to be your salary for many years (if you even get that far). Manager treats us like robots - all work and no appreciation. The team lead is a good leader though, firm, competent and knows how to appreciate when it's due.
