      Pros

      The best agency I have ever worked at. The people are great, regular socials, excellent culture and work ethic. Frequent company meetings with excellent updates on the health of the business. People certainly know what they are doing in all departments and they do it great.

      Cons

      I'm always busy (but thats not necessarily bad). Would be nice to have some more visually 'exciting' clients.
