Pros
Good place to learn and start your career. It's a small company but once you step inside, the ambience is simply on another level. They have few good experienced senior employees and they are always ready to help you if you are willing to learn. Great work culture, they provide lunch plus snacks (Tea/coffee mostly). Overall, amazing place to start your career. Best work/life balance.
Cons
Doesn't provide stipend for interns. Majority of them talk in Hindi, so this might be uncomfortable for non-hindi speakers. It's not like they don't know English, they do know good English, but they prefer to talk in Hindi. I hear from other employees that pay scale isn't that great.
