      Pros

      Zoom has an amazing work culture. Everyone shows up to the office each day in a great mood, ready to spread happiness. I have worked in technology for over a decade and I have never seen anything like Zoom. Eric Yuan is a humble leader and he leads by example. Zoom is an amazing SaaS product and everyone at Zoom truly believes in the product. I am looking forward to a long future with Zoom, spreading happiness to our customers.

      Cons

      I cannot think of a single negative thing to say in this space. Zoom is an amazing company with a great culture. Zoom understands that happy workers translates to happy customers.

      Nothing about this company is worth noting.

      Cons

      One of the worst companies I have worked at. Management and leadership are disorganized and unsupportive. Employees get treated like dogs and are talked down to. No work life balance because everything is an escalation or because some “head” requested something. For a company so well regarded, they sure know to how be cheap and take away benefits. Parental leave is basically a slap you in the face. Comp is high but expect to have that dangled in your face or else you get let go. On site lunch and breakfast is nice but how much can you sugar coat the terrible work conditions with little snacks? Everything is such a mess. I’ve been here for almost 7 months and have not met a single person that enjoys their job. DO NOT JOIN ZOOM!
