- Leadership even having great individuals, could use more trainings on building trust and feedback. - More People from People. It's a huge company now and it's needed to have more professionals who can act as advisers in HR related matters - in all regions. - More opportunities for Zoomies, sometimes roles are opened first externally and not internally. Why not have people only focused in developing employees internally? - Lack of recognition is something that can be trigged by the amount of people in the company now. Once again, having more prepared leadership can help influence this in a positive way.
