      Great tips, free meals, ski pass, company discounts, 401k, health indurance

      None. If you enjoy being a server this is the very best place to work.

      Pros

      Zoom has a great team and you cab make a lot of money in the season. You can also get as many as 5 months off.

      Cons

      Winter is chaos. The money is amazing but everyone is over worked and on edge.
