Pros

ZoomInfo is a candid, grown-up working environment. If you are looking for the old silicon valley pleasantries and fluffy benefits, it's not that. You will be rewarded for execution, not politics. People will respect you and speak to you directly. They will expect candor in exchange. As a result, folks across all levels have the ability to add value and #GSD. Many of the senior leaders at ZoomInfo have done exactly that. If you enjoy working hard with colleagues and being rewarded for it, great; it's a wonderful place to hone your craft. It will be more professional than Zenefits though. If you are serious about your career growth, it's hard to beat if you value the feedback loops that help you improve.

Cons

It is not a great place for folks that... - do a ton of posturing / hypothesizing and don't get much done (we all know those) - do a lot of politicking - have thin skin. Don't get me wrong, it's a candid place but if you are used to a lot of tech companies where you can't tell whether you are amazing or suck because the fake niceness there is 10/10, this might be a culture shock.

Pros

Great place to work with a lot of forward thinking leaders to learn from. Really ahead of other companies on implementing AI in the business. Moves much faster with less bureaucracy than other similarly sized companies

Cons

Difficult macro environment for the company and industry

Pros

Good pay, good benefits and great office.

Cons

Poor hiring decisions, recent layoffs eliminated mostly remote employees because they are prioritizing in office employees, especially with recent investment in office. RIF was not at all based on performance which meant that some in office employees who don't know what they are doing got to keep their job. You have to suck up to management to get promoted and a lot of really good reps leave as a result of constant micro-management.
