Pros

ZoomInfo is a world class product and enablement organization. Taught me everything I know about SaaS sales, industry trends/lingo, and every ask I've ever made has been received professionally. Our CEO will also reply to you if you ask them anything. Really amazing to have that line of communication with the C-Suite.

Cons

This is a very fast paced environment and if you're not willing to change or adjust quickly, you can be left behind. There was also a change last July to AE compensation that was pretty significant.

Thank you for sharing such thoughtful feedback and for growing your sales career with ZoomInfo. We are thrilled that our product, enablement, and leadership access have helped you build deep SaaS expertise and make a real impact. I’d like to make a small correction, though; we didn't take away the multi-year compensation portion of the plan for AEs. We made changes, but many ZoomInfo AEs are regularly earning above and beyond their OTE – even without hitting their target – due to the fact that the multiyear and other additions we’ve made to comp plans are truly additive, not baked-in. We regularly review our plans to stay competitive, transparent, and aligned to performance while supporting long term growth for our teams. Thank you again for your feedback. – Steven Bryerton, ZoomInfo SVP of New Business Sales

Pros

Great place to work with a lot of forward thinking leaders to learn from. Really ahead of other companies on implementing AI in the business. Moves much faster with less bureaucracy than other similarly sized companies

Cons

Difficult macro environment for the company and industry

Pros

Good pay, good benefits and great office.

Cons

Poor hiring decisions, recent layoffs eliminated mostly remote employees because they are prioritizing in office employees, especially with recent investment in office. RIF was not at all based on performance which meant that some in office employees who don't know what they are doing got to keep their job. You have to suck up to management to get promoted and a lot of really good reps leave as a result of constant micro-management.
