Pros

ZoomInfo offers a high-ownership environment where individuals at any level can have real impact. The company moves quickly, values strong judgment, and gives people room to take initiative and drive meaningful outcomes. Work is highly cross-functional, problems are substantive, and there’s a strong sense that good ideas and execution matter more than title. The experience is very much what you make of it. For those who lean in, take ownership, and push through ambiguity tend to see that effort returned multiple times in impact and growth.

Cons

As with many fast growing companies, cross-functional decision-making/definition of clean cut R&Rs can be opaque at times, and alignment across teams doesn’t always happen as quickly as you’d want. Processes are still maturing in places, though there is clear recognition of this and ongoing effort to improve collaboration and decision clarity as the company scales.

Pros

Great place to work with a lot of forward thinking leaders to learn from. Really ahead of other companies on implementing AI in the business. Moves much faster with less bureaucracy than other similarly sized companies

Cons

Difficult macro environment for the company and industry

Pros

Good pay, good benefits and great office.

Cons

Poor hiring decisions, recent layoffs eliminated mostly remote employees because they are prioritizing in office employees, especially with recent investment in office. RIF was not at all based on performance which meant that some in office employees who don't know what they are doing got to keep their job. You have to suck up to management to get promoted and a lot of really good reps leave as a result of constant micro-management.
