4yThank you for your feedback. We place a huge amount of emphasis on training in sales and throughout our organization. It’s critically important that, as the base of our sales organization, these individuals receive the gold standard in training. We’re pleased to hear you benefited from the experience, as well as the help and support of your colleagues. It is incumbent upon each ZoomInfo employee to embrace One Team One Dream, which means everyone is willing to lend a helping hand and push each other to Define New Possibles.
We are working very hard to increase the diversity of our talent, and have made outreach to HBCUs a top recruiting priority over the past year. We also have a very active network of Employee Resource Groups that supports our Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. And it’s growing – last month we introduced a new ERG supporting Asian American & Pacific Islanders and this month we launched a new ERG to support overall wellness with an emphasis on mental health. We have several more events lined up for this month including an educational Juneteenth presentation and two separate Pride celebrations.
Regarding turnover, we are pleased to report that our turnover is lower than the industry average.
