Pros

You are offered a abundance of learning opportunity.

Cons

No time to take advantage of learning opportunities and they don’t equate to increase in pay or title but more of a unrealistic expectation in comparison to the unsustainable work load

Thanks for leaving us a review. We are disappointed to hear that you were not able to take advantage of our learning and development program during your time here. We have and will continue to evaluate our headcount needs against the needs of the business, with a focus on our highest priority areas. As part of that evaluation, we need to ensure we are also making our functions more scalable so that we can continue to provide a delightful customer experience with a lean, efficient team. With that being said, we have made significant strides in CSM account loads since 2H 2022. As we continue to build out our Customer Success Teams we will see account loads continue to decrease. Finally. we have made great improvements with our management training programs this year focusing on how they can grow their skills in giving feedback and coaching. For example, our Management Accelerator program focuses on the essential management skills that all people leaders at ZoomInfo are expected to master. And our Manager Success Labs enable our managers to practice their skills through role plays and guided exercises, to enable them to tackle real-world managerial challenges. We wish you the best in 2024 and during your next career adventure.

Pros

Great place to work with a lot of forward thinking leaders to learn from. Really ahead of other companies on implementing AI in the business. Moves much faster with less bureaucracy than other similarly sized companies

Cons

Difficult macro environment for the company and industry

Pros

Good pay, good benefits and great office.

Cons

Poor hiring decisions, recent layoffs eliminated mostly remote employees because they are prioritizing in office employees, especially with recent investment in office. RIF was not at all based on performance which meant that some in office employees who don't know what they are doing got to keep their job. You have to suck up to management to get promoted and a lot of really good reps leave as a result of constant micro-management.
