Pros

Incredible benefits, strong Employee Resource Groups, funding for "people experience," some flexibility and rewards for folks who fight for WFH status - but there are great limits to this. Very progressive options for marginalized groups of folks, such as BIPOC, womxn, and LGBTQIA+ folks. PTO is great - flexible and managers are extremely supportive of taking the PTO you need. Training is outstanding for CX roles.

Cons

#corporateamericandream. No different from working at any other corporation in a lot of ways, ZI is still subject to glorifying the idea of "in-office culture" - which often means occasional doughnuts, happy hours, and catered lunch sometimes. Working from home is so undervalued, its deeply disappointing. So food is the great incentive to going into the office. It's also a predominantly white and male corporation outside of customer experience (less than 4% BIPOC). Also, and this is a biggie, almost all C-level leadership are men. And pay scale is lower than the average across other corporations.

Pros

- The caliber of people here, from engineering to sales to operations. There's a collaborative, "figure it out together" culture rather than territorial silos. - Leadership is generally open to internal mobility and stretch assignments if you raise your hand. I've seen colleagues move across departments and take on bigger scope when they show initiative. - Solid and affordable health benefits compared to anywhere else I have worked, unlimited PTO, and perks that reflect a company that cares about employee wellbeing. - Things move fast here, which means you get exposure to a lot and can see the direct impact of your work relatively quickly compared to larger, more bureaucratic companies.

Cons

Like any growing company, it's not without its challenges. The pace can be intense, and priorities sometimes shift quickly.
