Pros
Some Pro's for ZoomInfo would be unlimited PTO, has specialists to assist with the more technical solutions, great product, strong technology stack and it looks good on a resume. Also, Henry is pretty cool.
Cons
- The culture is very "cliquey," reminds me of high school. If you aren't in one of the cliques or you are not THE top performer, you will have the odds stacked against you. - You are underpaid and they glorify the idea of overworking. On multiple occasions the team's were told to tell their loved ones they most likely won't see them today and if you have a problem with it, you aren't at the right company. - They will "choose" certain individuals to be successful and move up the ranks. I have watched numerous individuals that were middle of the pack at best get promoted, while top performers get the short end of the stick.
