Pros
- Tons of challenges, most very exciting - At the forefront of leveraging AI, lots of AI exposure - Made a ton of progress in last 12-18 months on product strategy and roadmap, and getting alignment with engineering leadership - Been a hard last couple of years but lots of growth potential on the horizon (finally)
Cons
- Not always clearly defined processes for everything (unlike a big company like Salesforce) - this is also a Pro for the right person - Can have unnecessary time urgency (i.e., fire drills) on important, but not actually that urgent executive asks - GTM leadership is very good at running familiar plays but often don't lean in enough on new motions, new ideas, etc. Product shouldn't be pushing GTM teams to action - executive priorities can change often
