Pros

The Good: Coworkers: Some people were always willing to help and teach me. Service options: E-Bikes available at different price ranges with optional extras to take care of the E-Bikes or mopeds.

Cons

The Bad (The actual reality of working here) Massive safety hazards: Only one toilet for 15-20 staff and customers. Fire trap: Parts and recycling constantly block fire exits, extinguishers, and first aid stations. Electrical scares: I witnessed high-voltage extension cords sparking and smoking right next to cardboard and lithium batteries. Inadequate Tools and Equipment: You have to manually lift 27kg and 32kg e-bikes onto stands or work on the floor. No electric lifts/stands. This has resulted in injuries and long-term damage to backs, arms, and joints amongst colleagues. Cheap tools: The company-provided tools constantly snap and break during heavy-duty servicing. Final Verdict: Avoid Entirely Zoomo operates a critically unsafe workplace and engages in highly unethical retail practices. Physical Danger: High risk of catastrophic battery fires, blocked exits, and severe orthopedic injuries. Psychological Danger: Toxic, hostile culture driven by management intimidation and whistleblower suppression. Consumer Risk: Fraudulent sales tactics that pass off structurally failed, dangerous vehicles to the public.
