      Flexi timing,more organized than previous ,no late hrs,no working weekends,no politics,friendly team,good to stay if you want less strained easy domain n job to retire

      Low sal from 50-70k for most of employees,thankless ceo

      Actually none other than work from home.

      Cons

      Nothing gets done on time, projects late, over promises by the executive, late deliverables, CEO is always out on personal travel, high trn over of tech staff in Melbourne and USA support is really one person!

      CEO can't make a decision unless his hand is forced. He makes promises to customers and staff but rarely delivers.
