#0. I'll put it as lightly as I can. I was advised by someone from the organisation the most friendly way possible that I should rephrase some of my sentences. Since some people out there could have used it to put a Defamation lawsuit in my name. DEFINITELY NOT THESE PEOPLE they are the BEST and not petty AT ALL. Imagine being sued over a Glassdoor review. But someone other company could have who's not them so I took down my earlier review and rewrote it in the most Anti Defamation lawsuit way possible Just to be on the safer side and hope not to get one myself since it'd look really bad. #1. The top management is the most clueless management I've ever seen in my career. Nobody has any vision or any idea what to do. They enjoy the title unfortunately they don't seem to enjoy the responsibilities that come with that title in my opinion. #2. Having a lot of work and no work life balance is one thing but these guys take it to the very next level. You'll get shouted at even after spending 14 hours a day chasing a deadline which was result of your sales team has already SOLD a product which does not exist. Because you forgot to support a customer ticket which shouldn't have been your job at the very first place. I would also like to mention that the TOP MANAGEMENT flaunts the fact that this is their work culture and encourage people to not have a personal life. However this WORK CULTURE is not applicable to them because they like to be two faced hypocrites #3. No matter how much you give to this company you will never get the acknowledgement, respect or the basic human decency that you deserve #4. I was offered ESOP's however I Never got to see anything on paper EVER. That doesn't mean you won't either maybe it was just me they didn't want to REALLY give. I would give them benefit of the doubt
