Pros
This is a great place to work! Terrific work/life balance, very good compensation, sweet office dogs, and the various teams I've worked with are all very friendly, professional, and fun. People here feel comfortable to be themselves. The free lunches, great snacks, company trips (Hawaii this year, Vegas last year), and overall benefits/perks are terrific too.
Cons
There is some uncertainty with the new CEO (how will the business change? What/who will be reorganized?) and the product (how do we continue to stay relevant in an evolving industry?). But overall, it's been great!
