There is advantages they fired employees without any notice and when employee are on resign period management behaviour changed

Worst and fraud company to work for. They are completely cheaters. Employee considered as donkey, just work as they told, they call anytime to employee to work, in night midnight on holiday. Management interfare employees personal life. If employee demand anything even leaves they change policy immediately. They give time estimate to the project but they blame the developer and force the developer to complete the project in very less time. They fired employees without any notice. All project, process are miss managed. very poor management. very mediocre but egoistic Management. It's a IT service company not investment bank. They consider anyone as "RESOURCE" that can be switched out They change policy every three month. They don't live up to their promises. Blood sucking company, long work hours, minimum pay. Worst company to work. you are considered as a animal rather than a human being. If you work here then you spoiling your career for future There are many company for you Time is not return so choose that company which is best for you
