Pros

Zther has great projects and is an ideal place for any frontend developer who wants to grow their career. The quality of the frontend work Zther produces is exceptional. If you are looking to do backend work, this organization is not a good fit for you.

Cons

The turnover was very high. While I was there the entire dev team turned over in one month except for two developers.

Pros

Flexible scheduling with my school schedule and great pay. Cool and relaxed workplace with all the snacks you'd need and plenty of fun things at the office to distract yourself with. Management is very helpful and easy to talk to. Had a lot of opportunities to learn new things and better my skills. Great place to work and grow.

Cons

Logging in my own hours and communicating through email can be annoying at times but you get used to it.

Pros

The only thing positive about the company is that they have good clients to work with. Also there is no dress code.

Cons

The company promises a lot more than it offers. I joined the company thinking ill learn a lot since its a start up and their work looked impressive. But internally the company is not organized. Technically they just know flash/ actionscript. They are not flexible on how the code can be written. It has to be always written and structured the way the manager feels its right. So if you want to experiment and learn the best way to do things then this is not the place for you. The company is full of work politics and the managers are never available and able to help the developers unless you are their friend outside of work. The promotions are not based on your skill rather its based on how well you know your manager.
