Pros

The only thing positive about the company is that they have good clients to work with. Also there is no dress code.

Cons

The company promises a lot more than it offers. I joined the company thinking ill learn a lot since its a start up and their work looked impressive. But internally the company is not organized. Technically they just know flash/ actionscript. They are not flexible on how the code can be written. It has to be always written and structured the way the manager feels its right. So if you want to experiment and learn the best way to do things then this is not the place for you. The company is full of work politics and the managers are never available and able to help the developers unless you are their friend outside of work. The promotions are not based on your skill rather its based on how well you know your manager.

Pros

Flexible scheduling with my school schedule and great pay. Cool and relaxed workplace with all the snacks you'd need and plenty of fun things at the office to distract yourself with. Management is very helpful and easy to talk to. Had a lot of opportunities to learn new things and better my skills. Great place to work and grow.

Cons

Logging in my own hours and communicating through email can be annoying at times but you get used to it.

Pros

I could not imagine a better place to work. I have promoted multiple subordinates multiple times, and have myself been promoted from Sr. Designer to Art Director to my current position of Associate Creative Director, where I have gone from a production level designer to a client facing lead. The Executive Management jump at opportunities to reward hard working staff and submit our work to multiple award associations. The doors are always open to employees to make suggestions to Sr and Executive Management.

Cons

Since the kitchen is always stocked with a help-yourself supply of palette sized Costco orders, it's hard to quit my Diet Coke and red rope liquorice addictions.
