Very badly organized work. Work-life balance is litterally a dream. They have an extremely poor work management which brings workers to stay late or to do, regularly based, extraordinary activities. No accent is posed into teambuilding or to methods that could improve communication between people or departments. Work scheduling is based on emergencies and the management lacks in specific team management formation. Also, personal formation, courses or certifications are litterally unknown. You can even do it, but with absurd time limitations (for exaple i had to attend a "couse" by watching it at 2x speed) I strongly disencourage you to work there.
