Pros
A few great reasons to work at Zuma are the high level of communication, family-like teamwork, and systems for all tasks. Zuma has an incredibly strong global brand for good reason, they are consistent ( food, service, experience ). I've noticed this when working with this company for about a year now.
Cons
Some cons with this hostess position are the short 5- 6 hour shifts ( typically 11am - 5, or 5pm - 11pm ) that require a long shift called a "double shift" to make a full time hour work week. This double shift can be 11am - 3 and then 5 pm - 12 in a single day.
