-Great team -I was able to try new things -Performance was evaluated based on delivery and not time spent or location

-Ask for staff's inputs. Ask to listen. Irrespective of the number of years or nature of experience. - The best way to build a team is to enable them to do their job. Do they have clear instructions or direction? Is there a process in place that has sufficient check points in place? This is the hard part of management.
