It was a easy and manageable job.

The pay was low and hours were random.

Great for younger folks. Employee discounts are good. If you get to go to any national events, they do a great job at entertaining and know how to have fun.

Pay raises are slim, you basically take a pay cut every year after cost of living and whatnot goes up. Lots of politics here, if you don't buddy up with higher ups you will not be picked for any future leadership positions.
