Resume builder (except the crappy job titles they give everyone that literally make no sense)
Cons
- Boss dates employees, creating unhealthy and bias atmosphere - No days off. If you take them, they will either give you more work or deny it. This includes grieving death, sickness, holidays, etc. - No work life balance. Prepare for gaslighting. Asked to do stuff when you’re off, and everything is “urgent” - Micromanaging and gossiped about, and they talk about your personal life too! - Pushes religion on everyone - Assumes you’re a liberal for bringing up lack of diversity and inclusivity - Forces employees to attend therapy hosted by their direct manager. No they are not qualified. - only shows appreciation when you’re clearly frustrated - Horrible pay. They will literally ask “what’s the bare minimum you need” regardless of all of your skills and experience - Takes it personally when you’re fed up. Told that you don’t care about the company and their purpose - Forces you to play games 3x a week but you still have to get all your work done - Spend lunch breaks catching up on work hoping you can leave on time, but you never do - Zoom meetings with camera and mic on literally all the time. Nothing gets done because they want to micromanage - Empty promises lol
